Secondly, choosing the right materials and structure is also crucial. For highly abrasive materials, manganese steel or spring steel screens are recommended, as their wear resistance is several times that of ordinary carbon steel. If conditions permit, polyurethane-coated screens can also be chosen. Although their cost is higher than other screens, their lifespan is significantly extended, resulting in a lower overall cost. Optimizing tension and support is also an effective way to delay wear of your wire woven mesh. Special tools should be used during installation to ensure even stress distribution.

Regular cleaning and maintenance is necessary for your wire woven screen. After daily shutdown, use a high-pressure water gun or air gun to clean any blockages in the screen holes.
