Red Star Rubber Tension Screens are high-elasticity, cord-reinforced screening media specially developed for tension-type vibrating screens in mining, quarrying and aggregate processing. Vulcanized with premium wear-resistant rubber and built with internal fiber reinforcement, these tension screens deliver excellent impact resistance, low noise operation and stable structural toughness under continuous heavy vibration.
Featuring unique tapered aperture design, the rubber tension screen effectively eliminates material pegging and blinding when handling wet, sticky and fine-grained ores. The integrated hook-edge structure allows fast tension mounting and quick replacement without modifying screen machines, greatly reducing maintenance downtime.
Available in various aperture sizes, thicknesses and rubber hardness grades (65–90A), our rubber tension screens provide high screening efficiency and long service life for coal washing, mineral grading, dewatering and construction waste recycling.
