Red Star Modular Rubber Screen panels are heavy-duty, injection-molded screening solutions engineered for modular vibrating screen systems. Manufactured from premium abrasion-resistant rubber compound, these rigid modular panels deliver outstanding shock resistance, stable structural performance and ultra-long service life compared with traditional metal screens.

Featuring tapered anti-clogging apertures, the modular rubber screens effectively solve blinding and pegging problems when screening wet, sticky and high-impact mineral materials. Adopting standard bolt-down and snap-in installation structure, the single-module design allows partial replacement instead of full-deck changing, greatly reducing maintenance cost and downtime.

Available in multiple aperture sizes, thicknesses and rubber hardness grades, our modular rubber screens support flexible deck combination. They are widely applied for coarse, medium and fine grading, dewatering and scalping operations in mining, quarry aggregate production, coal washing and construction waste recycling.
