Five polyurethane strip configurations engineered for different screening challenges — from wear protection and edge sealing to impact resistance and adjustable mounting. Each configuration can be combined with various anti-clogging or woven mesh types for optimal screening performance.
Polyurethane strips (Shore A 80°) bonded across the woven wire mesh surface. Provides enhanced wear resistance on high-impact zones while maintaining the self-cleaning vibration action. Suitable for all types of anti-clogging and woven meshes.
Features an adjustable metal fixing bar system that allows precise tension control and secure mounting across various screen deck configurations. Compatible with different machine types and tensioning rail designs for flexible installation.
Designed for tensioned mesh installations requiring panel overlap at joints. Polyurethane strips form an L-shape at corners to ensure continuous screening surface with no material bypass. Ideal for fine screening applications with apertures up to 10mm.
Polyurethane side sealing material inserted into the metal channel frame, preventing material leakage at panel edges. Provides a tight seal between the mesh and screen frame, ensuring all material passes through the screening surface. Designed for end-tensioned systems.
Full-width polyurethane wear plate installed at the feed end of the screen panel, combined with vertical PU support strips. Protects the most impact-intensive zone where material first contacts the screen, significantly extending panel service life in heavy-duty self-cleaning screening applications.
Tensioned PU-strip self-cleaning screen mesh for mining, quarrying and mineral processing. Constructed from high-carbon steel, spring steel and stainless steel with polyurethane reinforcement along edges and crossover points. Under tension, the flexible wires generate continuous vibration to prevent blinding while PU strips dampen impact and extend panel life.
Self-Cleaning Screen Mesh features individually vibrating crimped wires that actively prevent material build-up and blinding

View DetailsThe screen mesh is assembled by alternating one pre‑crimped wire and one straight wire Triangular apertures are formed between the crimped wires and straight wires
View DetailsThis screen mesh features long slots formed by straight wires (also known as L‑type anti‑clogging screen mesh)
