Recently, a client from Russia paid a special visit to the RedstarScreen manufacturing base for on-site tour and product inspection, to learn about our production capacity, quality control and customized service of screening products. The whole visit was carried out in a practical and friendly atmosphere, and all inspection procedures went smoothly. The visit concluded successfully.
Guided Factory Tour and Product Introduction
Our sales and technical team extended a warm welcome to the client, and accompanied him to visit the raw material warehouse, production workshop, finished product inspection area and sample showroom in sequence. During the tour, we presented our core screening products including polyurethane sieve plates, welded screens and mining screen meshes. Combined with the local working conditions of mining and aggregate screening in Russia, we introduced the application scenarios, material advantages and service life of different products. Meanwhile, we explained our complete production workflow from raw material incoming inspection, processing, online testing to finished goods delivery, standardized quality control system, as well as customized service solutions for overseas projects. We are able to develop non-standard products according to drawings, samples and working condition parameters.

The client carefully checked the appearance and structural details of finished products and test samples on site. He had in-depth technical discussions with our technical team focusing on screening accuracy, wear resistance and installation adaptation. After the site visit and technical exchange, the client recognized our production capacity, standardized management and reliable product quality.
