RedstarScreen Welcomes Australian Client for Factory Inspection
Recently, a client from Australia paid a special visit to the RedstarScreen production base for on-site factory inspection and screening product verification. Centered on product performance, manufacturing processes and custom supporting services, all inspection sessions proceeded in an orderly manner, and the visit was successfully completed.
Factory Tour and Product Verification
Our sales and technical team accompanied the client throughout the factory tour, visiting the raw material storage area, processing production lines, finished product testing zone and sample showroom in sequence. We showcased RedstarScreen’s mainstream screening products, including polyurethane screen panels, high-manganese steel woven screens, rubber screens, wedge wire screens and self-cleaning screens, which are widely applied in mining aggregate and sand screening scenarios.
Combined with the local mining conditions and sand and gravel screening requirements in Australia, our technical staff introduced the performance differences of screens made of various materials. Meanwhile, we informed the client that custom non-standard products can be developed according to the material parameters, screening particle sizes and equipment dimensions provided by the client.
The client inspected multiple finished screen samples on site, carefully checking details such as aperture accuracy, welding workmanship, surface treatment and frame structure. In-depth exchanges with our technical team were carried out on key indicators including wear life, open area, anti-clogging performance and installation compatibility. After the site tour and technical discussion, the client recognized our standardized workshop management, stable production capacity and overall quality of screening products.
