Product Overview
Small slotted opening screen mesh adopts pre‑crimped wires to form narrow elongated apertures. Different from large slotted mesh, it is engineered for fine particle sizing. The slot dimension can be configured by adjusting pre‑bent corrugations, maintaining stable opening accuracy under continuous operation. It performs well when processing damp or slightly sticky materials and is widely used for fine classification of sand, ore fines and crushed aggregates.
·Fine mesh structure, typically woven from extremely fine stainless steel; apertures range from 0.3 mm to 5 mm (other sizes can be customized with Red Star Screen).
The slotted hole structure effectively increases the aperture ratio, improves the screening rate, and reduces clogging.
·Commonly used for screening fine materials and powders.
·Adding a support net can effectively increase the load capaci-ty and extend the service life depending on usage.

Double intermediate crimped Slotted Opening Woven Scree
Similar to the Double intermediate crimpedsquare opening woven screen, the requiredlong hole size can be configured by adjustingthe number of pre-bent corrugations in the longhole direction.
Piano Woven Wire Screen
The piano woven wire screen is constructed from steelwires using different pressing techniques. The long holesare woven using a standard square weave across thewidth of the holes, while the long holes are woven withstraight wires. This weave offers a stronger self-cleaningeffect than the wavelength-interval weave and is suitablefor screening wet, sticky materials. The three-wire weaveprovides a more robust screen surface, offering a higherload capacity and longer service life than the wave-lenath-interval weave.
Double intermediate crimped Piano Wire Screens
It has similar properties to Piano Woven Wire Screen, but uses pre-bent corrugations instead of straight wires, resulting in higher rigidity and greater chances for the material to rotate and pass through the screen.
Flat-Top Slotted Opening Woven Screen
Similar to flat-top square opening screen, it main-tains a flat working surface and resists severe wear,resulting in a longer service life.
