Overseas Client On-Site Inspection Visit to RedstarScreen Manufacturing Base
Recently, an overseas client visited the RedstarScreen manufacturing base for an on-site inspection. Building on prior online business communication, sample verification and technical exchanges, the client conducted field research on the factory’s production conditions, screen product quality and supporting delivery capacity to facilitate follow-up project cooperation. Our foreign trade sales team received the client and arranged the factory tour and product inspection in accordance with the established procedure.
On-Site Factory Tour
Accompanied by our foreign trade sales staff, the client visited the raw material warehouse, production workshops, quality inspection stations and sample showroom in sequence to learn the full production layout of screen products. The client observed raw material storage management and the operation of automated processing equipment, and gained an understanding of the complete workflow from incoming raw material inspection, forming and processing to semi-finished product circulation. The standardized workshop management was presented on site, and the factory’s production capacity, scheduling capability and implementation of quality control procedures were verified.
Screen Product Inspection and Technical Communication
In the sample showroom and finished product inspection area, the client inspected the full range of screening products, focusing on mainstream items including polyurethane screen panels, high manganese steel woven screens, rubber screens and self-cleaning screens. Matching the local mining and aggregate screening conditions of the client, our technical staff explained the structural features, processing technology, dimensional tolerance standards, wear resistance and applicable material scenarios of screens made from different materials. Both sides carried out technical communication regarding opening rate, anti-blinding performance, service life, custom processing parameters and packaging solutions. The client recognized the workmanship, performance stability and process control of our products.
Cooperation Discussion
During on-site discussions, both parties exchanged views on core matters such as order technical requirements, customization demands, lead time and after-sales technical support, and sorted out key points for project coordination. Corresponding implementation plans were provided for issues raised by the client about product adaptation and batch supply, and the follow-up communication process was clarified.
