RedstarScreen Welcomes Egyptian Partner for Factory Audit
An industry partner from Egypt visited the production base of RedstarScreen for formal on-site inspection and a full factory audit. This visit follows sustained business communications and remote product cooperation in previous months. After months of online coordination, the client travelled to our factory to verify our manufacturing capacity and screen products, and further evaluate whether our products can meet the working conditions of mining and aggregate projects in North Africa, so as to complete field research for upcoming cooperation.
Factory Tour and Technical Communication on Products
Our sales and technical team accompanied the client to tour all production areas, including the raw material warehouse, processing lines, finished product testing zone and sample showroom. The client conducted a comprehensive review of the full range of RedstarScreen screen products. They examined displayed samples to learn about the manufacturing processes, structural features and performance differences of mainstream screening media such as polyurethane screen panels, high manganese steel woven screens, wedge wire screens and self-cleaning screens.
Both sides held in-depth discussions on technical specifications, non-standard custom solutions, material screening requirements and local application scenarios in North Africa. Combined with the operating environment of aggregate processing and mining in Egypt, our technicians explained the adaptability of different screens in terms of wear resistance, open area, anti-clogging performance and service life. We also introduced our custom service process. We are able to manufacture screens with tailored specifications according to the material particle size, screening equipment model and site working conditions provided by clients. The client carefully inspected the workmanship of samples and affirmed our standardized factory management, consistent product quality and professional technical service capability.
Cooperation Negotiation and Visit Outcomes
During negotiations, both parties confirmed key matters for the execution of upcoming orders and sorted out the roadmap for long-term cooperation. Consensus was reached on delivery arrangements, technical support, after-sales service and other critical items.
