Shale shaker screens are mainly designed for shale shakers equipped with wedge fastening equipment, providing stable and efficient solid-liquid separation in drilling fluid systems. The composite frames are made of high-temperature resistant, waterproof and anti-knock polyester fiber material, ensuring sturdiness, reliability and long service life under harsh working conditions.

Our shale shaker screens are constructed with two or three layers of high-quality stainless steel mesh bonded firmly to the composite support frame, delivering excellent screening efficiency, durability and abrasion resistance. We provide matching rubber plugs for convenient on-site repair of rips or tears, greatly reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
