- Materials to be Screened: Limestone
- Existing Problems: The current screen mesh opening is 12mm, throughput 400T/hr, front-to-back tensioning, mesh length 2890mm. The customer suffered from frequent screen breakage (service life only 8 – 140 hours).
- Our Solution: After on-site analysis, we improved the screen fatigue strength by optimizing the screen material, extending the service life to over 500 hours under full load conditions.
