Self-Cleaning Screen Mesh

Corrugated S‑type Self‑cleaning Screen Mesh

Corrugated S‑type Self‑cleaning Screen Mesh adopts distinctive S-shaped corrugated weaving structure. Made of high-carbon steel, spring steel and stainless steel, flexible wires produce dynamic vibration during operation to prevent blinding and material clogging. It is available in square and long slot apertures. The unique structure ensures high screening throughput and long service life, suitable for heavy-duty screening in mining, quarrying and aggregate processing.

Product Overview

Our Corrugated S‑type Self‑cleaning Screen Mesh is fabricated with interwoven S-shaped corrugated wires. Flexible wires create continuous relative vibration while the screen runs, shaking off wet, sticky materials and eliminating aperture blockage. Multiple weaving options are provided with square and long slot openings, and material choices include high-carbon steel, spring steel and stainless steel. The mesh balances flexibility and abrasion resistance, sustaining stable screening efficiency for mineral processing, quarry and industrial screening systems.

(1) Suitable for materials with uniform particle shape or when precise screening is not required; prevents screen clogging;

(2) Reduces the content of fine particles in oversize material; strongly recommended for removing small particles.

Key Features

Zero Screen Blinding
Unique diamond aperture geometry prevents material pegging and blocking, preserving effective open area continuously.
Automatic Self-Cleaning
Vibration-driven self-cleaning performance works continuously without manual screen clearing operations.
Stable High Throughput
Sustained screening efficiency when processing sticky, wet and high-moisture bulk raw materials.
Firm Fixed PU Strips
Securely mounted polyurethane strips provide cushioning, reduce impact force and suppress operation noise.
Excellent Wear Resistance
High-performance polyurethane material resists abrasion from ores, aggregates and construction materials.
Longer Service Life
Diamond screen panel combined with shock-absorbing PU strips lowers fatigue damage and extends service cycle.

With Polyurethane Strips

•Polyurethane fixing strips are typically made from ShoreA80º PU, capable of withstanding most aggre-gate screening applications. They offer excellent wear resistance and extend the service life of screen meshes.

•Heavy-duty thickened strips are suitable for use with high feed rates, highly abrasive materials, soil removal processes, large particles, and large screen openings;

•Thickened strips can serve as guide strips, directing materials back to the screen opening area;

• Suitable for all types of self-cleaning screens.

Standard Weave Pattern

•For applications with temperatures exceeding 70°C.

•Highly recommended for use in asphalt plants.

•Diamond and triangular self-cleaning screens available.

33.jpg
WithAdjustable Fixing Bar

• The movable fixing bar is suitable for any screen machine support beam.

• Primarily used for mobile screening equipment.

• Designed exclusively for piano screens

44.jpg
With Overlap

• Suitable for side-tensioned screen meshes;

• Recommended as standard for apertures up to 10mm;

• Compatible with various anti-clogging or woven meshes;

• Maximum aperture of 50mm.During installation, position the discharge-end screen mesh as the bottom layer, overlapping sequentially toward the feed end.

55.jpg

With Side Sealin

• Optional for all end-tensioned screens.

• Prevents oversized material from passing between the screen edge and the machine side panels.

66.jpg
With Feed End Wear Plate

• Used to protect the feed section of the screen plate against wear All self-cleaning screens utilize polyurethane strips or metal wires arranged at varying intervals to secure the screen wires, thereby maintaining aperture precision. Polyurethane strips should be positioned according to the screen machine's support beam locations.
