Distributor Qualifications
Sales Volume: Minimum annual sales volume of 500 units.
Company Information: Distributors must be legally registered enterprises with independent legal person status, capable of providing valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, organization code certificates, and other relevant documents.
Sales Performance: Ability to provide proof of past sales performance. Preference will be given to distributors with rich customer resources and sales channels in the relevant industry.
Warehouse Facilities: Possession of an independent warehouse. Distributors are required to provide photos and videos demonstrating the scale of their company and warehouse.
Market Research Report: Distributors must conduct detailed market research on the local market, including market size, competitive landscape, customer needs, price levels, etc., and provide a corresponding market research report.
Reward Mechanism
Based on the annual sales performance of distributors, different levels of reward mechanisms are set as follows:
A Level: 1,500 units or more, 10% discount
B Level: 1,301-1,500 units, 9% discount off
C Level: 1,101-1,300 units, 8% discount off
D Level: 901-1,100 units, 7% discount off
E Level: 701-900 units, 6% discount off
F Level: 500-700 units, 5% discount off

Exhibitions:
Regular online training sessions (every six months) will be held to introduce product features and advantages, and to answer questions distributors may have regarding sales and technology.
a. An annual excellent distributor banquet and tour will be organized.
b. For distributors with annual sales volumes exceeding 1,000 units, on-site after-sales service will be provided.
a. Distributors will be supported with free samples and sample catalogs for regional exhibitions.
b. For joint participation in exhibitions, Red Star will cover 50% of the exhibition costs, and collaborate on booth design, display arrangement, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and market influence.
c. Free services will also be provided to distributors for domestic mining machinery spare parts procurement, factory inspection, and shipping information.
Payment Terms
A 30% advance payment plus a 70% balance payment is required. The balance must be settled within two months after receiving the goods.
